  • Emma was such a good therapist. She was attentive to my needs, friendly, and gave a lot of practical help and support... She was empathetic and caring without being patronising, and did not make me feel ashamed of my feelings of anxiety, depression and doubt.

  • I believe Emma really understood my issues and where I was wanting to improve. She was able to think about things before I was and provide a good range of solutions. She was very understanding and patient and I felt no problem or issue was too big or too small to discuss. I am super happy with the care I recieved!

  • “Thankyou for everything, and enabling me to turn my life around. I feel like I now have hope for the future, and that I have the tools to achieve what I want in life”

  • “Emma is so kind and welcoming and always makes me feel completely at ease. She creates a comfortable environment that I always feel safe in and can speak to her about absolutely anything. Emma’s knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and her help and advice has been life changing due to her care and attention as well as the time she has taken to listen to me, get to know me and understand what’s going on.”

  • Emma really helped me to first lay out my life in a way that I was able to understand what was going on in my head, in a kind and active way. She is warm and funny and said things in such an impactful way that I was able to go and learn more about them and incorporate them into my own life and practices.

  • From the get go I felt safe to express how I felt, or rather didn’t feel. Feeling safe and knowing that my therapist was so genuinely concerned, made it easy to receive and grow, to make connections between things I hadn’t before. My life feels a lot smoother now, and I can make decisions without that overwhelming sense of doom hanging over me anymore.
